Katelyn is the Resident Director for the Drama Department at Lancaster Mennonite School. She directs the fall play, directs and choreographs the musical, and directs and choreographs the spring showcase.
Her goal in this position is to teach "pracademic" theater (the practical application of academic knowledge) through performance. Fostering a nurturing and sensitive learning community, Katelyn encourages both personal and artistic growth through theater education.

Katelyn can be found teaching Ballet Level 3, Open Ballet Levels 4-6, and Contemporary Level 1 at Silver Spring Dance Conservatory. To find more information and register for next season, click the button!
Katelyn also offers private lessons held at Creative Pursuits. Lessons are offered for ages 7 through adults at a half hour ($35), forty-five minutes ($50), and an hour ($65), in ballet, jazz, modern, contemporary, musical theater, and tap.
Private lessons are an excellent opportunity for students who are new to dance to receive individualized attention, students who are looking to focus on technical development and strength building, and students who are interested in auditioning for college programs.
